Shipping abroad

We deliver to all countries in Europe.
Of course we also deliver to Switzerland.
The shipping costs abroad are always 9,99 Euro independent of the order value. Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway always cost 9,99 Euro independent of the order value. Exception Austria: Delivery to Austria is 4,95€ per package. Our items are ready for dispatch immediately, delivery time is 6 – 8 working days after payment receipt.

Direct pick up

A direct pick up on location is not possible due to logistic and insurance legal reasons.

False delivery

Should there be a false delivery we ask that you return the goods to:

Of course we will reimburse you for the shipping costs for the return shipment.
As soon as your return shipment was received we will process it and inform you about everything else via email.

  • Batteries
  • wristbands
  • watch glass
  • crests
  • adjusting wheel, alloy, damages due to improper wear, normal wear, dropping or opening by others, water damage on non-water proof watches.
  • In case of guarantee we provide free of charge repair or replacement.
    The costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the purchaser.

  • Service all around the „clock“

    1. Empty battery: If the battery of your watch is empty you can order a new battery from us via email anytime free of charge.
    2. Shortening the wristband: Shortening the wristband of a wristwatch can be done easily and quickly with a little skill and patience.
    3. To shorten a wristband, you have to look at it closely first. On the back of the most wristbands there are arrows that indicate the direction in which the intermediate pin must be pushed (see illustration 1). If no arrows are visible, then push from the side where the pin and hole have the largest distance to each other. In illustration 3 this is the right side of the pin.

      Never try to remove the pin on the other side. This may cause a damage of the pin. The pin can be pushed out resp. knocked out with several special watchmaker tools. In the next picture, I am using a small roller band shortener. Usually, a thin needle and a small hammer can be used to achieve the same result..

      When removing the pin, pay attention that you do not scratch the wristband by accident. The single pin is a kind of a clamp that is open on one side (in the picture: left) and closed the other side (on the picture: right). The pin must always be removed towards the direction of the opening. If no arrow is visible on the back of the wristband, you can see the open side of the pin through the hole and therefore avoid a false “removal”..

      Now the wristband is shortened by the desired length. Watchmakers estimate how many links must be removed - otherwise just try it out. After the wristband was shortened by the desired length, replace the pin between the links again. The closed end of the pin must enter the hole first. The pin must be fully enclosed by the wristband - it may not protrude on the other side. Also pay attention to insert the pin in reverse to the arrow (1st picture) so that no defects occur upon subsequent shortenings. If this is too much work for you, you can also send us the watch and we will shorten it for you according to your specifications.

      If you need it done faster, have a watchmaker or jeweller shorten the watch for you. The costs herefor will usually be 2,- to 3,- €

  • Money back guarantee

    Your satisfaction is our highest goal.
    This is why we give you a 14 day money back guarantee in addition to the legally prescribed 2 week right of rescission.
    The 14 day money back guarantee starts after expiration of the legal right of rescission (Notice of cancellation).

    To maintain the money back guarantee, timely dispatch of the cancellation or the object is sufficient.
    If the money back guarantee is used, the customer must always pay for the costs of return shipment contrary to the rescission by law.

    Delivery times national

    Our items are ready for shipment immediately, the delivery time is 2 – 3 working days after payment receipt, resp. in case of purchase by invoice 2 – 3 working days after order date.
    Direct pick up on location is not possible due to logistic reasons.
    The payment is to be made within 30 (thirty) days after invoice data.
    Here your package leaves the house on the same day if the order was received by 12 at noon.
    Delivery service: DHL tries to deliver up to four times, and then informs the customer in writing. This way you save having to pick up the package yourself.

    Delivery times international

    We deliver to all European countries.
    As a matter of course we deliver to Swiss, too.
    Our items are ready for shipping immediately; the delivery time is 6 – 8 working days after payment receipt. There will be 3 attempts made to deliver. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the goods will be returned to us.
    No customs, taxes, or fees are due for deliveries of our products to countries outside the EU.

    Low price guarantee

    We guarantee that you will not find the goods we offer anywhere at a lower price. If you do, we guarantee that we will pay you the price difference immediately.
    Our goods assortment includes international top products that are sold in stores and boutiques at much higher price.
    In order to emphasize your savings over the common market price we state the recommended retail price for every item.
    This way you see your savings clearly for every purchase you make.

    Returns

    You have a legally prescribed right of cancellation.

    Of course you will receive reimbursement for the shipping costs in the legal framework transferred to your bank account.
    As soon as your return package reaches us we will handle it promptly and inform you about further procedure via email.

    Ring sizes

    In order to know the right ring size already prior to purchase we provide you with a stencil for ring sizes here.
    Simple print it out and follow the instructions.
    Then you can select the size of your favourite ring and order the piece of jewellery.

    Package tracking

    As soon as your package left our logistics centre you receive a shipment confirmation mail with all information about your order and the order number. Via an individual link to DHL or to Hermes you can call up the current information about the shipping status of your shipment anytime.

    Recommended retail price

    This is the recommended retail price of the manufacturer.
    To emphasize your savings compared to the common market price we state the recommended retail price of the manufacturer for every item.
    This way you see how much you save for every purchase.

    Packaging of the goods

    Your goods are always packed with greatest care and attention. Every item is checked for completion and functionality prior to shipment.
    Special service: For a small additional sum you can have each item wrapped as a present. Simply use the function offered in the purchase processing.

    Shipping costs national

    The one-time shipping costs are 4,95 Euro, no matter how many items you order in an insured package.
    Our items are ready for shipping immediately, the delivery time is 2 – 3 working days after payment receipt, resp. upon purchase by invoice 2 – 3 working days after order date.

    Shipping abroad

    We deliver insured to all countries in Europe.
    Of course we also deliver to Switzerland.

    The shipping costs to Austria are 4,95 Euro. The shipping cost to all other European countries are always 9,99 Euro independent of the order value.
    Our items are ready for dispatch immediately, delivery time is 6 – 8 working days after payment receipt.
    There are no customs, taxes, and fees for deliveries of our products to countries not in the EU.

    We offer simple and convenient payment methods. You may choose from five different methods of payment:

    1. Immediate transfer (Only possible in Germany)

      Payment is done via immediate transfer - the new, innovative online payment method with TÜX inspected transaction safety. Immediate transfer conducts an automated bank transfer on your online bank account in real-time via the protected payment form of the Payment Network AG not accessible to Silvity.de.

      You do not have to enter order data, amounts, or reference– Immediate transfer enters this automatically into your online banking form. The purchase amount is transferred to the bank account of Silvity.de immediately and directly.

      After successful immediate transfer Silvity.de receives a prompt confirmation that the transaction was entered successfully. We can then process your order immediately and ship it if it is on stock.

      This is how easy it is:

      Generally you can use immediate transfer as a payment method at Silvity.de if you possess an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN-process.

      You do not have to register or possess special software for the usage of immediate transfer. You only need:

      • an online bank account in Germany or Austria
      • your account number
      • your bank data
      • a PIN (personal identification number) of your online banking account
      • a valid TAN (Transaction number) of your online banking account
      • possible further information depending on your online banking system

      How safe is immediate transfer?

      Immediate transfer today belongs to the safest online payment services worldwide. Safety is a string argument for the preferred usage of immediate transfer. The essential components of the safety concept of the Payment Network AG are:

      • Fraud-safe SSL-certificate
      • Coded SSL-connections

    2. Bank transfer (advance payment)

      Payment is done by bank transfer of the invoice amount to the following account:

      By experience, we receive bank transfers already after 1-2 days. As soon as we can book your payment receipt you will receive a payment and shipment confirmation via email from us on the day of the transfer of your order to DHL.

      Our items are ready for shipment immediately, the delivery period is 2 - 3 working days after payment receipt.

    3. PayPal

      With PayPal you can pay easily, fast, and safe at Silvity.de.

      • Simple: Pay with only 2 clicks, without entry of bank or credit card data
      • Fast: Silvity.de receives the payment confirmation of PayPal usually within a few seconds
      • Safe: Your bank and credit card data are not given to third parties

      In order to pay via PayPal at Silvity.de simply select „PayPal“ as payment method in our order process. Subsequently, log in to your personal PayPal account using your E-Mail-address and your PayPal-password and confirm the payment amount then. Silvity.de usually receives the payment confirmation promptly from PayPal and your order can be processed immediately.

      Please consider: After receiving the PayPal-payment confirmation, Silvity.de can send your order! Depending on the saved payment method in your personal PayPal account, it may take several working days until PayPal confirms payment receipt. If PayPal cannot transfer any payment receipt after 9 days, the customer order is automatically cancelled by PayPal.

      By the way, payment via PayPal is always free of charge for you – Silvity.de pays for the fees.

      You do not have a personal PayPal-account yet? Then have your bank account registered on www.paypal.de with just a few clicks. The registration at PayPal takes only a few seconds, as you must only save your email address, your address and bank data. From now on you can shop safely and free of charge on the Internet without forwarding your bank data.

    4. Billpay - Purchase by invoice (Only possible in Germany)

      Purchase by invoice via Billpay - This is how easy it is!

      Pay by invoice in eCommerce - but safe!
      Like in the „real world“ go directly to the cash register and selected the payment method „Purchase by invoice“. Then you receive the notice that we have contracted Billpay with the invoice processing.

      Online purchase via invoice - with 3 clicks

      • Select the payment method Billpay
        If you wish to purchase by invoice, select Billpay as payment method.
      • You identify yourself at Billpay
        After you confirmation of the delivery and billing address you identify yourself with your E-Mail-address and the Billpay-password.
      • You receive the Billpay-confirmation
        You receive the confirmation that the payment by invoice is conducted via Billpay.
        In addition Billpay sends you your order data via E-Mail.

      After your first purchase via Billpay...
      ... you will be shown the information transferred to Billpay in the Billpay -window. After your confirmation you will receive your personal access data to your saved email address from Billpay.

      TIP: Please remember to confirm receipt of the email from Billpay by clicking on the link in the email!
      Should you not receive the email from Billpay within a short time, please also check your Spam folder.

    5. The delivery and payment

      After receipt of the goods you have a comfortable payment term of up to four weeks. Billpay will send you the corresponding payment data to your email address upon delivery of the order.

      By the way: It is very convenient for you that you can use the same bank account for all payments to Billpay. Only the reference is different.
      Important: This method of payment is only valid for purchases with invoice address in Germany.

    6. Cash on delivery (only possible in Germany)

      Payment is done comfortably by cash on delivery to the driver of the Hermes Logistic Group.

      On the day of the transfer of your order to Hermes you will receive a shipment conformation via email. You will then receive your order within 1 to 3 workdays.
      Please have the corresponding amount of money available then. It is recommended to have the exact amount required available.
      Important: This payment method is only for purchases with delivery address in Germany.
